Entertain Outdoors Return/Refund Policy



We do accept returns and will refund to you the full purchase price of your order less the original shipping provided the product is returned to us prepaid within 30 days, undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.



30 days starting the day customers received orders. Return freight charges are paid by your company if return orders fall under our buyer’s remorse clause. Damaged or defective goods are not eligible to be returned but can be remedied through a replacement order or parts request.



If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. You can return the product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased your order.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging.

Fully assembled sets are not able to be retrieved. Please keep the receipt for reference.



We do have a 30-day guarantee against Manufacturer Defects. Returns are only accepted with a return authorization number. For a Return Authorization Number, please email

Any returns due to buyer's remorse must be in the original package in re-sellable condition, returned within 30 days of receipt and returned at your expense. Credits will be given once received back at the warehouse and determined in good condition. Note that effective 10/1/21 all returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.



We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unopened and in their original packaging. Additionally, we offer a 30-day parts replacement on all items. Improper assembly or shipping damages cannot be returned. Shipping claims should be placed immediately to the transportation company.



ZUO will accept return(s) of any UNOPENED PRODUCT, THAT IS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING with 30% RESTOCKING FEE within 30 days of the DELIVERY DATE for credit towards your account. • All returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before the item can is shipped or returned to ZUO. Credit will not be issue on returns without RMA number. • We DO NOT provide payment for RETURN SHIPPING except for defects or order processing irregularities- on a preapproved basis.



Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or call (800) 683 - 3783.


To return your product, you should send an email to to obtain further information. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
